A Little About Your Doula
Who Am I?
Hi I’m Kimberly and I am a daughter of Christ first, a wife to my childhood sweetheart, Michael, and mama to two precious little ones, Erin and Jonah. I enjoy being outdoors and exploring the world God created, playing volleyball, baking and gardening. I am passionate about learning and educating myself on a variety of topics and you’ll regularly find myself spending the little gaps of free time I have researching and reading, especially if its related to pregnancy and mothering.
I have had a passion for pregnancy and birth for a number of years now. I have gone down many different paths including studying nursing and getting medical assistant training. My journey landed me here, educating and supporting expecting mamas and their growing families. When I was pregnant with my daughter I saw first hand how misinformed soon-to-be parents can be on how pregnancy and birth really work. I was blessed to find a birth team that included, a midwife, birth educator, and doula that supported me and educated me every step of the way. I aim to give all of my clients that same level of amazing support that I received and ultimately empowered me to have the birth I desired. I support families in pregnancy with education and birth planning. During your labor I work synergistically with your partner to help you have an amazing birth.
